Premiership Flags
You can download the patch @ www.proevolutionline.com
You need Game Graphic Studio 7.1.8 or newer to install the flags (you can find the tool over at our website).
Open the utility, and open the file cv_0.img under PES 2008\img directory. Scroll down the files and go to the last 2 files (flags_128x128... & flags_64x64...), right click on the first one of them (flags_128x128) then "modify the reserved space". Change the option in the 3rd box to "reserve ... bytes for each one of the selected files" and choose to reserve 1019904 bytes. Now click on the first box and choose to save the img file in a directory of your choice (don't overwrite the old cv_0.img file!).
Reply yes to the question of opening the new file. Do the same you did before for flags_128x128 now for flags_64x64 file and choose to reserve 608256 bytes this time. Build for the last time the cv_0.img file and put it in your PES 2008\img directory, not before to do a backup copy of the old one.
Open this final cv_0.img, right click on the 2 files (one by one) then "import a file over this one" and choose the file with the same name from this .zip file
